If you are a quilter
Your expertise as a quilter is always welcome. Join us at our semimonthly workshops. After you donate your first quilt, you may choose from our large fabric stash and start on another. We are a friendly, supportive group.
Finished items such as children's quilts, crib-size and quilts for teenagers, premie pads, and wheelchair bags may be donated.
Quilts must be made from previously unused quilting-weight 100% cotton fabric, machine pieced, and machine quilted. We can not accept quilts made with fleece, minky, invisible or metallic thread or embellishments, or ones hand quilted or tied. See our Quilt Tips page for requirements and pre-donation laundering advice.
Ask your longarm quilter for batting scraps. We stitch pieces together as batting is our greatest expense and this allows us to stretch our budget.
If you have supplies to contribute
Unused 100% cotton quilting fabrics in child friendly patterns and colors are always needed. Your quilting friends or family members may be looking for a way to thin their fabric collection and bringing comfort to kids may be just the incentive they need.
